DIDcomms uses transparent per-minute billing with no hidden fees. All inbound call charges are based on the number type and forwarding destination. Rates are fixed — no peak or off-peak variations, and no minimum call charges beyond the 60-second billing unit.
Eligible Pay Monthly 01/02, 03, 070, 0800 and 0808 numbers include 60 fully inclusive answered minutes per month. These minutes cover both incoming DID usage and forwarding to a UK landline, 03 number or standard mobile. Normal combined rates apply after the allowance. SIP carries no forwarding charge, while eligible incoming usage counts toward the allowance. Mobile DIDs and 084/087 revenue-share products are excluded.
On Pay As You Go, all inbound calls are charged at the published per-minute rate with a 60-second minimum billing unit. There is no monthly fee. Your balance is deducted in real time; low-balance and spend alerts are available to help you track costs.
