DIDcomms’s response to COVID-19

To all our customers,

Over the last week or so, our team has been talking a lot about how we can support DIDcomms customers as people’s behaviour changes and needs change in response to COVID-19 Coronavirus.

As a VoIP telephone network that supplies internet-based telephony services, we have the ability to continue to operate as normal, and our team will remain available for anyone who needs support keeping their phone systems maintained. As all our team already work remotely we can continue to make sure DIDcomms’s network is working as expected and fix any technical issues that may arise.

  • NHS.uk, to see the latest UK-specific health advice
  • Full Fact, to make sure the information you’re seeing online is accurate
  • Mind, to get advice on how to manage any stress or anxiety that you may be feeling right now

For those of you who are working from home yourselves or self-isolating, it’s worth considering how your telephone service needs may change. Remember, with DIDcomms, based on your needs, you can choose the service that makes the most sense for you.

Finally, as much now as ever, a sense of community is important! While people are being asked to stay home except for essential requirements, remember our phone line and online chat are available if you need to talk with us for whatever reason.

Take care of yourselves, your families and your community. While we might be socially distancing ourselves, we can take care to be close emotionally and stay connected thanks to phone and social media.
