When your customer account call credit is £0.00 for geographic number and freephone number prepaid accounts, you account will stop call forwarding and incoming calls until you recharge your customer account with some call credit.
Customer accounts with 084, 087 and 070 numbers will still allow incoming calls to voicemail, call forwarding to VoIP and all destinations included in the free divert plan.
