DIDcomms offers two straightforward plans — Pay As You Go and Pay Monthly — with no setup fees, no long-term contracts, and no hidden charges. You can switch between plans or cancel at any time.
No monthly fee. You pay only for inbound calls you receive, billed per minute. Your number stays active as long as your account has credit. Voicemail is included. Advanced features (auto attendant, call queue, hunt groups, time routing) are available as optional add-ons.
Eligible geographic 01/02, 03, 070, 0800 and 0808 numbers include 60 fully inclusive answered minutes per number each month. The allowance covers the incoming DID charge and forwarding to a UK landline, 03 number or standard mobile. Normal combined rates apply after 60 minutes. SIP forwarding has no forwarding charge, while eligible incoming usage counts toward the allowance. Mobile DIDs and 084/087 revenue-share numbers do not receive this retail allowance. All virtual switchboard features — auto attendant, call queue, hunt groups, voicemail to email, time routing, call whisper, and more — are included in the monthly price.
Both plans are rolling monthly with no minimum term. Cancel at any time without penalty. Numbers can be ported away if you decide to leave.
