Well it looks like the Vodafone TAP is getting less reliable every day. Today it was only sending around 10% of messages from a Castle Euro 46. Tried it on 2 other panels at different sites, story was the same. Pyronix/Castle keep selling it though. Is there a TAP gateway in NZ into the Vodafone network that can be used to inject paging messages with SMS client or similar software? If so, does anyone know the phone number and access details? At our shop we have a piece of kit that calls up a mobile number to communicate to our mobiles with text messages that vtell us when the alarm is set/unset, alarms and other stuff.
